✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

(By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.)

♡ Payments & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects.
  • The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.
  • I do not accept gifted or third party payments
  • I do not accept full upfront payment for orders over 100,000L / $400
  • All sales are final once the completed project is delivered.

♡ Revisions & Redirections

  • Each project includes 2 revisions (minor adjustments only).
    • Examples: color changes, font swaps, small layout edits, text tweaks.
  • Additional revisions: 1,500L–3,000L each.

Redirections (major changes) include:

  • Changing the concept, style, or direction entirely
  • New ideas not discussed in consultation
  • Moving away from approved mood boards

Redirections are billed 5,000L–15,000L depending on scope.

♡ Ownership & Usage

  • Final approved designs are yours to use.
  • Unused or rejected concepts remain my property and may be reused, resold, or displayed in my portfolio.
  • Full buyout rights must be discussed before project completion and may require an additional fee.

♡ Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds once work has started.
  • No refunds after final delivery.
  • If canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued (minus fees).

♡ Abandoned Projects

  • Projects inactive for 30 days are considered abandoned.
  • Deposits are forfeited.
  • Restarting requires a new order and deposit.

♡ Turnaround Time

  • Small projects: ~1 week
  • Large/custom projects: 4–8 weeks
  • Rush orders available for an additional fee.

♡ Communication

  • Communication is handled via Second Life or Discord only.
  • Clear communication is required, I do not accept freestyle orders.

♡ Client Responsibility

You must provide:

  • Clear direction
  • Mood boards or references
  • Necessary text/content

I bring your vision to life, I do not create blindly or guess expectations.

♡ Copyright & Originality

  • I create original work only.
  • I will not replicate other brands, designers, or real-world companies (e.g. Nike, Chanel, Disney).
  • All work follows applicable copyright and platform rules.

♡ DMCA & Usage Protection

  • Unauthorized use of my work or previews is prohibited.
  • Violations may result in DMCA action.

♡ AI Usage

  • AI may be used as a support tool, not a replacement for design.
  • All usage remains ethical, original, and non-infringing.
  • AI content will not replicate copyrighted work.

♡ Third-Party Assets

  • Licensed assets (fonts, graphics, etc.) may be used when necessary.
  • Any required purchases will be discussed with client approval.

♡ Payments Accepted

  • Linden Dollars (preferred)
  • CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo

♡ No-Show Policy

  • Missed consultations without 8+ hour notice = $20 rescheduling fee
  • 2 no-shows = potential refusal of future work

♡ Platform-Based Pricing

Pricing varies based on:

  • Platform (Second Life vs real-world use)
  • Distribution & usage rights
  • Technical requirements (print vs digital)

♡ Conduct & Right of Refusal

  • Respect is required on both sides.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

♡ Privacy

  • Your information is kept private and never shared.
